Attendee Photo & Video Policy

We are excited for you to capture and share your experiences at the All Things Cancer + Wellness Expo (“Event”) on social media. However, it’s important to respect the privacy of attendees and the rights of exhibitors, speakers, and creators. This Attendee Photo & Video Policy outlines what is and isn’t allowed to ensure a positive experience for everyone. “Content” includes, but is not limited to, videos, photographs, audio recordings, text, graphics, logos, and other media captured during the Event.
Attendee Photo & Video Policy
Attendees are welcome to use smartphones and point-and-shoot digital cameras without interchangeable lenses to record personal, non-commercial content (non-sponsored and non-monetized). Please adhere to the following guidelines:
- Seating Restrictions: Photos and videos may be taken from your seat as long as you do not obstruct views, block aisles, or enter designated press areas.
- Equipment Limitations: Tripods, selfie sticks, and flash photography are not permitted after sessions begin.
- Stage Access: Approaching the stage for photos or recordings is strictly prohibited.
- Live Streaming: Live streaming of any kind is not allowed during the Event.
Professional Equipment
Attendees who are not accredited media may not bring professional camera equipment to the Event. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Cameras with interchangeable lenses (e.g., SLR, DSLR, DSLM cameras)
- Large-format cameras
- Laptop computers or other devices intended for professional recording
- Any equipment used to aid in the professional capture of images or videos
Professional recording is reserved for credentialed media only.
