Julianna Maita is a public health professional and community educator committed to cancer awareness and prevention. As a Project Manager for the Office of Community Outreach and Engagement (OCOE) at Fox Chase Cancer Center, she leads cancer education initiatives across southeast Pennsylvania and South Jersey.

Julianna’s work involves developing, facilitating, and evaluating community-based cancer education programs. With over five years of experience as a health educator, she collaborates closely with community organizations, healthcare professionals, and local leaders to ensure accessible and impactful health resources.

Her mission is simple: informed communities lead to better health outcomes. Through outreach programs, she ensures that individuals—particularly those in underserved areas—have access to life-saving cancer prevention information.
