We’re excited for you to capture and share your experiences from the All Things Cancer + Wellness Expo, but it’s essential to respect the privacy and rights of exhibitors, speakers, and attendees. This Media Photography & Videography Policy outlines what is and isn’t allowed during the event.

MEDIA CREDENTIALS AND CAMERA TAGS
To ensure a smooth process, all professional photography and videography are restricted to credentialed media and require a camera tag issued by the All Things Cancer + Wellness Expo Media Team. By accepting credentials, you agree to the terms outlined below.
- Eligibility: Camera tags are issued only to accredited press.
- Pick-Up Location: Tags can be obtained at the Media Check-In Desk, located in the main entrance of the Event Hall
- Tag Visibility: Tags must be visibly affixed to your camera at all times.
- Equipment Restrictions: Tripods, external lighting, power cords, and other elaborate setups are not permitted.
- Safety and Disruption: Photography or videography that obstructs pathways, fire exits, or disrupts the event will not be allowed. Non-compliance with relocation or cessation requests may result in credential revocation.
All credentials and tags are issued at the discretion of the Expo and may be revoked if policies are violated.
PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY
Professional photography is allowed with the following conditions:
Conference Sessions and Workshops
- Flash Photography: Allowed during the first four (4) minutes of any session. After this, flash photography is prohibited.
- Seating Requirement: Photographers must remain seated in the audience after the initial four minutes.
- Special Access Areas: Some sessions may require advance registration to access designated press areas.
Exhibit Hall and General Areas
- Flash photography is permitted unless otherwise restricted by exhibitors or staff.
- Respect privacy and avoid capturing photos of attendees without their consent.
VIDEOGRAPHY POLICY
Videography is permitted with restrictions to protect the rights of participants and attendees.
Conference Sessions and Workshops
- Video recording is allowed during the first four (4) minutes of any session.
- Equipment Restrictions: Only handheld or tripod setups are allowed in designated press areas.
- Capacity Limits: Some areas may have capacity restrictions for media.
Exhibit Hall
- Videography is permitted, but it is your responsibility to obtain consent from exhibitors being filmed.
Free Screenings and Wellness Demonstrations
- No videography is allowed during free health screenings or sensitive demonstrations unless pre-approved by the Expo Media Team.
RESTRICTED ACTIVITIES
Your media credentials and camera tag do not authorize the following:
- Streaming or broadcasting any event longer than 45 continuous seconds without written consent.
- Recording or transmitting entire speaker sessions, workshops, or screenings.
- Capturing or publishing footage of attendees without their explicit permission.
