Emotional wellness and caregiver support will be the focus of a live streaming session at the 2026 All Things Cancer and Wellness Expo, scheduled for April 18. The conversation, titled “Real Talks, Real People,” will take place at 1:15 p.m. and will be streamed live on Instagram.
The session will be hosted by Katelyn Bucolo and will feature guest speakers Alisha Fagg and Nancie Steinberg, who will lead an open and honest conversation centered on emotional wellness for both patients and caregivers.
The discussion will address the often-overlooked emotional and psychological challenges faced by individuals navigating serious health conditions. By creating space for dialogue, the session aims to normalize conversations around mental health, stress, and the complexities of caregiving.
Caregivers play a critical role in the healthcare journey, yet their experiences are frequently underrepresented in traditional care models. This session will highlight the importance of supporting both patients and caregivers, emphasizing the need for accessible mental health resources and community-based support systems.
As part of the expo’s broader commitment to holistic wellness, the live streaming conversation underscores the connection between emotional health and overall quality of life.
